Is there a way to lock aperture and shutter speed dial settings on sony a9?

Hi, I'm finding with the smaller camera body of the a9 (compared to the nikon d750 that my a9 replaced) when I'm shooting sports -- swim meets in this case -- I tend to bump the dials with either my thumb or finger and by the time i notice it i've shot dozens or hundreds of pictures (@20fps) at the wrong exposure.

Ideally I'd like to dial in my settings, then just disable the wheels so when i accidentally hit them I don't mess with my exposure settings.  I think when I get the extended grip on the bottom that will help a lot, but in the meantime trying to figure out a way to lock settings.

Thanks everyone.
