Seneca Rocks: HDR + Photomerge
The object of both these images was to produce high resolution photos illuminated with enough shadows to reveal small geologic details to aid rock climbers in planning their ascents.
Both images were made using a 5Dsr with a 24-105/3.5-5.6 STM lens set at 105mm. Both images were "adjusted" following HDR to improve contrast and saturation as well as to diminish glare from some of the rock faces.
