Win10 Fall Creators update fixed old problem
When Windows 10 first came out I installed it on my old Dell Latitude D531 laptop even though I got a message that the computer was not supported. The problem seemed to be the ATI Radeon X1200 Series Display Adapter. The computer would boot but with a dark screen and mouse cursor. Pushing the power button would put it to sleep and pushing it again would wake it up and then it worked fine. After the latest update, the Metro boot screen is displayed for me to choose Windows 10 or 7. What a surprise!
