DX Film and Standard Film

If have a Nikon N6006 that can take either Standard film or DX film. If I try to put standard film and not do it manually the film is assumed by the camera controls to be  ISO100 whatever the ISO rating is.

I also have an N60 that apparently can only take DX film. Can anyone tell me if the camera can actually wind the film. If it can does it also assume an ISO value for the film i.e. ISO100.

If it can do that I could use ISO 100 standard film without any problem.

Has anyone tried to use standard film in a DX only camera?
