Sure it’s your free choice to say: this incident was screwed so everything will be this way. The Pixma Pro Printers ar snot that typical consume products (expensive) and I would trust in the support that they get the job done if needed. But as said: your choice.

Proof is I pointed this out via Twitter  to the Canon Imaging US team and they were all over it.  Even offering to send the paper when all I said I wanted was "Clean up the web page and teach the phone people to work with customers vs argue"  The offered the paper to me.

So now I have proof that that part of Canon is better.

Lesson to any company.  You may know you have different divisions.. but customer just sees your logo..
