If you worked yourself in support you should also know that each support area has it’s own team and often regulation. One area could also be outsourced and quality isn’t often not the best then.

Sure it’s your free choice to say: this incident was screwed so everything will be this way. The Pixma Pro Printers ar snot that typical consume products (expensive) and I would trust in the support that they get the job done if needed. But as said: your choice.
