Lens guidance for video

I currently own the FE 28mm f/2 and the FE 85mm f/1.8 on my A7RII. I find that with the type of video work I do, my Zhiyun Crane, the 28mm stays on the lens 97% of the time.

I thought that I would like to have 85mm for portrait work here, and there, but in reality, I seldom use it, and for my type of video work, it's just too long.

I think I'm going to sell my 85mm, and want to replace it with something else, possibly a zoom. Out of the list below, which one would you choose and why? Or do you have another recommendation that's not listed?

  1. Sell the 28mm (along with the 85mm) and pick up a Batis 25mm
  2. Sigma 24-105 f/4 with MC-11 (but not sure about AF quality of this combo)
  3. Canon 24-105 f/4 with MC-11 (but not sure about AF quality of this combo)

I'm not willing to consider the Zeiss 24-70 f/4 because I've owned 2 and they were horribly unsharp in my experience. I really wish that Sony had a 24-105 f/4.
