Flashpoint XPLOR 600 battery issue
I have two, 3 months old Flashpoint XPLOR 600 lights. Today I started a shoot with fully recharged batteries and after few shots one light displayed 0 battery and switched off.
When I check the battery power indicator it showed all 3 green lights. When I connect it to power charger it also shows the battery is almost full.
So far I did following and everything points to a faulty battery.
1) Checked both flashes with other battery and LCDs in both lights show same battery level and fire without any issues
2) Checked the suspected battery with both lights and LCDs in both lights show 0 battery and switch off after some time (they don't even light up the ready light)
3) Tried the suspected battery with both chargers and both chargers show the battery is almost full
4) Blew battery contacts using canned air. There are no visible debris.
Has anyone faced a similar situation before? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
