One Photo Fills Internal Memory???
I've just purchased a used Panasonic Lumix ZS40 that came without a memory card. Upon start-up, I received message that since no card, photos would be saved to internal memory. Fine. I took one photo but when attempted a second, it said internal memory was full. So I deleted "all photos" and then, as I expected, received a message upon playback that there was no valid photo to show. Again took "first" photo that saved without problem but again received "internal memory full" message when I tried a second. This sequence recurs every time. Does this indicate a defective camera? A software problem? I have purchased a memory card, and that works fine for multiple photos, but if I remove it, I can only take one photo to internal memory before it is "full." Diagnosis? Solution?
