Resurrect an Epson Pro4800 or sell it and get a Pro100?

I have an Epson Pro4800, that is very lightly used for alot of reasons, but I believe I will be getting back into printing.  While it has sat idle for a few years, it looks like after a clean it works.   A couple of questions for the forum.

1)  Is the output quality comparable to a Pro100, if not how much does it fall short?

2)  A quick Google is that refill inks look to be pretty steep for it checking Marrutt.  What is the current best source for Pro4800 inks?

3) Does software still support it?  I see there is a Windows 10 driver for it...

A driver to keep it would be the 17 wide and roll feeder, I know the Pro 1000 is the modern equivalent, but that is out of my $ range.

Thanks for any comments
