Anyone use a Canon EF 100-400 IS II USM for astrophotography?

My next astrophotography purchase is going to be a mount.  Likely an iEQ45 Pro.  I'm having fun with my iOptron Skytracker and my EF 200 2.8 on my 7D2.

I have the EF 100-400 II, never even considered of trying to use it on my skytracker as I have come to know its limitations.  I do have a hope that when I purchase a decent GEM that I can try out my zoom.  Maybe even use my 1.4xIII extender and get good results.

So has anyone used the lens, how did it do?  Pictures?

Thanks,

Szumi
