Grand Tetons with the X-T2

Below are a few snaps from my holiday in Jackson, Wyoming (arrived from Australia a week a go).

My kit includes the X-T2 with the 10-24, 16-55, 50-140, 12mm rokinon and a rented 100-400mm w 1.4tc.

All photos are jpegs SOOC uploaded to my iPad and basically edited with snapseed

Oxbow Bend - sunrise, 16-55 w NISI filters

Schwabuchers Landing - sunrise, 16-55 w NISI filters

Blacktail Ponds, 16-55mm w NISI filters

Schwabuchers Landing, late afternoon. 16-55 w NISI filters

Bear cub. Mum and another cub were also present. 100-400 w 1.4tc shot out of car (weren’t allowed out)

Mum watching over her cubs. 100-400 w 1.4tc

This guy walked over a mile, never once turning to look at the moose jam following him!. 100-400 w 1.4tc

Dinner time on Moose Wilson Rd. 100-400 w 1.4tc

I’ve been really impressed with the 100-400 and 1.4tc with all wildlife photos handheld. It’s my first time shooting wildlife and it’s been a lot of fun. I feel like we hit the jackpot!!! Oh and the fall colour was pretty awesome too.

Off to Southern Utah tomorrow
