Off-topic, silly question

Is there a 35mm film camera with a 3" viewfinder screen on the back, like a regular digital camera?

I'm asking because I watched 'The Mountain Between Us' movie where Kate Winslet plays a professional photo-journalist stranded in the mountains. At the beginning of the movie, she takes at least one picture where she reviews the shot by looking at the viewfinder screen on the back of the camera (like everyone does nowadays). However, by the end of the movie, she is in her darkroom, developing negatives and printing the pictures she took during her ordeal!!!!

so, I'm puzzled. Is that a major error on the part of the cinematographers? Maybe there are such cameras? Hybrid cameras that have regular films and somehow allow instant previews of the picture just taken? ( never heard of something like that).

Opinion?
