I'm not sure what "how to use the Image mode (RAW + JPEG) for Cannon EOS 700D" means to you.

My initial take was that you didn't know how to set the camera for that.  Just in case that's the question, see page 88 of the manual (http://gdlp01.c-wss.com/gds/5/0300010905/05/eos-rebelt5i-700d-im5-en.pdf).

BAK has given a rundown of the differences between JPG and RAW images. Obviously JPG+RAW means two copies of the image are saved, thus using a lot more storage card space than jpg alone, and a little more than raw alone. It also reduces the maximum burst rate (see page 89).

Otherwise, you take pictures to the best of your ability and/or the conditions.  You use the jpg file for a quick review of the results, and the raw file for serious software editing.

If you are asking something else, please be more specific.  EG, I want to know how to edit RAW files.
