Agreed. I do a lot of portraiture and the Quattro skin tones are much better than any I got out of my long-gone DP3 Merrill, which were ghastly.

My only compliant about the Quattro line are easily-blown highlights, but there are workarounds.

I find that the highlights in the sdQH raw files are not at all easily blown, when the files are processed in SPP. Very much better than the DP3M.

DNG files might be more difficult. I use these only for copying film negatives, which are low contrast.
