Ted, Your X3F file, shows that it was shot with a Auto WB setting . . .
I don't understand that at all, sorry. It was not shot in AWB.
Aghast, I downloaded that same X3F, opened it in SPP 5.5.3, and it clearly says "Custom":

So I must ask where you got "Auto" WB from??
Meanwhile, I'll check the EXIF and the meta-data also . . .
In the EXIF it says "Manual", in the MakerNotes it says "Custom".
In the meta-data header it says "Custom".
The exif info is displayed in FPV. My DP1 and SD15 X3F files are all shown as "Manual WB"...your SD14 X3F is "Auto WB".

FPV is wrong.
I just extracted the embedded JPEG using Kalpanika and ExifToolGUI tells me that the WB is Custom. Also please note that I have never set a camera color space to Adobe but there it is above, according to FPV. I don't know what else to tell you.
This one is also Custom and sRGB:

What do you get from that? Maybe my other X3F was corrupted in some way . .
I strongly suggest that you take it up with Iliah or Alex because you did pay money for FPV and what I see above is unacceptable.
Oops, I got confused by all these initials and was thinking FRV, duh.
BTW, for Sigma, FPV says: "Preview Only (embedded jpeg is small on older cameras (SD9/10)" so at least I was right there...
You are right Ted. I attempted to edit your X3F file in SPP, then saved the results in the same folder as the raw file. FPV always displays, raw, tiff and jpg as one file. I deleted the saved tiff, and your X3F now reads correctly. My error, sorry about the confusion.
I've used FPV for over 5yrs, and it really does it really does live up to it's name. -Gary
No problem Gary, I'm glad that we got it resolved.
