Yup, Quattro reds and yellows are noisy and presuming that chroma NR is performed in CIELAB or similar, then Bilateral's edge-preserve wouldn't work brilliantly because Quattro's top layer is near blind in this scenario.

This is why I've complained of Quattro's variable chroma and luminance resolution, some things it just doesn't see

Yellow text on blue banner, edge detection using Luminance won't be too successful here.
