AF issues with Nikon D800

Hi all,

I have recently developed an issue with my D800. I am fairly certain its a recent issue as this is the camera that that has over 45k+ actuations. This seems to affect all the lenses I've tried which makes me suspect this an issue with the body rather than individual lens. From what I can see it is consistently backfockusing. I ran some quick tests and here are some examples:

Nikkor AFS 24-70 F2.8 24mm

Nikkor AFS 24-70 F2.8 70mm

I've also tried 50mm and 70-200mm with similar results.

Nikkor 70-200mm VRII F2.8 70mm

Nikkor 70-200mm VRII F2.8 200mm

Has anyone had similar issue develop over time? If so, how did you go about getting it fixed and how much approximately would it cost given that the camera is now out of warranty.

Thanks in advance

P.S.

Here are a few images taken at f2.8 with same lens where AF seem to be spot on before this issue started
