Re: Those who bought an M6, black or silver?
Bought the silver with 15-45 kit at a brick and mortar retailer after handling it while on a business trip. Despite that their website said they had black bodies and 11-22 and 22 'in stock'. Drove away to the job location and called 20 minutes down the road asking to have them bring in what I originally planned to do from their other store so I could exchange things. Came back and returned silver 3 days later. Got the black body.
Completely off topic-
They fu-bar'd the order and despite me driving back to the store an hour each way from my work location they didn't have the lenses. Came back 2 days after that and they only had the 11-22. So despite pre-paying for the lenses they still messed up after having 5 days to get the lenses there. Instead of trusting that they ship the 22 to me at home I asked them to return it, and almost asked them to return the whole kit and I would order it elsewhere.
Bad experience, but had I 'showroomed' them and ordered online after checking things out in store I would have had everything in 3 days and saved 3 hours of driving.
