Some birds ...
5

Yesterday my wife used her J5 and the 70-300 CX for some sparrows, and I used my D7500 with the Sigma 150-600 Sports, with the TC-1401 to shot some other.

The eventual differences were small, the IQ slightly better with the D7500, not surprising with a camera kit, including a sturdy monopod, costing almost three times as much!

The J5 images are opened in Aperture directly, while the D7500's were opened first in DxO Optics Pro 11, and then exported to Apeture.

Hope you'll enjoy a sample of them!

Swedish House Sparrows love salted, roasted peanuts — pretty weird!

A female House Sparrow basking in the sun.

This was shot with the Sigma Sports, plus the Sigma 1.4X TC-1401. At 850mm.

This was shot at 600mm, still with the TC mounted.

A young male basking in the sun.

This young female seems to enjoy the sun, too!
