The Moneymaker harness (3 camera version) by Holdfast gear can hold a camera on each side side and binos in front. The nylon ones are much lighter than leather. Easy unrestricted slide up lift of cameras and binos without strap interference. Also can be used with a camera on one side and binos on the other. Expensive.

I also somestimes carry a camera on a cross body sliding strap on one side and binos cross body sliding strap on the other side.

Or two cross body sliding straps for two cameras and binos on a neck strap or bino harness with backpack on last. There will be some strap interference. Add a scope on a tripod over your shoulder and you will wish you could afford a sherpa.
