Calculating/estimating minimum exposure time per sub

HI there,

I need some help figuring out what should be my minimum ideal exposure time for my subs so that with 2-3 hours of data I can render the fainter details in the image like dust, nebulosity, faint stars, etc. of DSOs like Orion Nebula, Andromeda Galaxy, Rosette Nebula, etc.

I will be using this gear:

a Nikon D5500 camera
a Nikon 300/f4 lens set at aperture f5.2
ISO 1600
Star Adventurer tracker

Thanks,
Rudy
