Can Different SD cards of same class render different IQ????

I'm at home and just done side by side shots of my living room, same conditions, same X100T in P mode, RAW and no variable or changing light.

Both cards are same class 10 and both SDHC 1

I used my 3 year old and much used PNY 16gb ELITE performance card and it is giving me F2 ISO 1600 1/60

My brand new Sandisk Ultra 32gb gives for the same scene over and over again F2, ISO 2000 1/60

Both are same class 10 and both SDHC 1

I thought these just stored data and can affect write and read speed and thus to some extent performance and AF speed but not IQ...?

The shots on the old card look better.

Is this possible.

I did the same test in my dining room and the older card even gave better AWB performance than the new one and again gave same S/speed and aperture but slightly lower ISO.

???????

I used them both in Silkypix RAW converter EX 2.0 and ACR and same results.

???????
