More 24-240 comparisons

With the exception of the bottom left corner, I’m more impressed than ever with my 24-240. I certainly didn’t expect it to hold up as well as it did against the 16-35 F4, much less surpass the 28 F2 and even put up a good fight against the legendary 55 1.8 when stopped down.

AGAIN: I'm not saying that the 24-240 is the Holy Grail, but for an all-in-one zoom I think it's rather amazing. When I know I'm going to be in low-light situations I'll take the 55 1.8. After seeing these I think I'm going to sell the 28F2 and get a Samyang 35 2.8. For wildlife, zoos, sports I'd certainly prefer the 70-300G. When walking for hours on end in 35C (95F) weather in crowded cities I feel good about using the 24-240.

See what you think. Tripod, 2 sec timer (5 sec on long end), ISS off, same focus point. A7rii small spot focus.
