Lens Case for Travel
I would consider myself a hobbyist photographer, thus when I travel with my camera I usually only bring along 2 maybe 3 lenses. I cant see myself ever using a large trunk or specialty case for transporting my gear. Normally my carry on is a large (45L backcountry) style backpack that allows me to carry on my laptop, gopro, camera, mavic etc etc... With my old camera I really didnt care if my lenses got knocked around a little bit, I simply tossed on the useless soft Nikon pouches. But since Ive been upgrading Im looking for some protection in transporting my lens(es), think like the 24-120 f4...
I ordered a Beta Shell from Adorama, and it showed up way way bigger/bulkier than I pictured. Can anyone recommend a lens case that theyve used and has worked well for them? It doesnt have to be bombproof, but ideally I would like there to be some level of hard(ish) casing that can take a bump.
