I need to buy INTERNAL large drives soon but....

I am confused about which ones I need. I am running out of space faster than I can burn BDs so I need to upgrade my 8TB array to at least 12 or maybe even 16TB. I also have 12TB NAS but it holds backup from three different computers.

So my choice is 4Kn or 512e helium filled (HGST or WD) for RAID 0 and I read whole bunch on it so I understand the difference but what I don't understand is which one I should buy. I have Win10 Enterprise running. Also, there are drives with 64mb buffer vs 128mb that are much cheaper. Does it make a difference if the drive is in array anyway and all data is split between the two? I would prefer 4Kn if my computer will support it.

Any insight?

Thanks.
