More interesting: for people who want to use wide-angles on mirrorless cameras, buy the more mechanically sound adapter you can. The slightest error in thickness or parallelism

Parallelism? Not really. Noone will be able to detect a part of a degree tilt in images, other than flat chart test images. So it is a non-issue, really.

I can, on any landscape scene.

Try it with a TS lens.
