Fuji aren't against you using 3rd party lenses, but they are kind enough to enable it with shoot without lens and focus peaking. Fuji are not a charity, they are in business to make a profit from selling their own excellent lenses.

I know of no camera that corrects for the problems you mention with 3rd party lenses and there is no way for the camera to know what lens you have fitted - the answer is to buy distortion free lenses which don't vignette - Fuji are pretty good in that regard.
