High ISO, weather sealing, f/2.8 zooms - which system?

I shoot sports professionally and am looking for a light weight third body option. I carry two Nikon D5 with a 400 and 70-200 for 90% of my work. I'm using a D500 with a 24-70/2.8 as my third body, but's a little big and cumbersome for it's usage. I know very little about mirrorless and four thirds options. So here I'm asking for a 4/3 option.

I need a light system that has clean high ISO to be used at 3200 to 6400. I need a full frame focal length equivalent of around 18mm-80mm. I can give and take a little on each side here, but I need constant f/2.8. Lastly, I need something that has weather sealing and can take a good degree of bouncing around and getting knocked.

What should I be looking at? I'm open to any brand. Image quality is also really important and probably going to be the deal breaker between any two close choices.

Thanks
