Yup, nice camera and I've stalled there. No upgrades for me for a long while to come (if at all, depends upon when I fall off the twig)

That's a great expression, in a dark sort of way. Never heard it before.

Fall/drop off the perch/twig - push up daisies - kick the bucket, all mean the same.

A little bit about that at http://www.worldwidewords.org/qa/qa-hop1.htm

Good to hear that you are safe, but what about the property in Florida?

Regards.... Guy

The eye is just south of there right now. I hope it was a rental.

Not a rental. I've owned the property since 2001. Not 100% sure yet, but property damage appears to be minimal. I won't know for sure until neighbors who stayed put get out and about and start letting us know what the situation is. I also have a property management company that will check my condo thoroughly as soon as authorities give the all-clear. The biggest effort right now is getting the streets cleared of debris, mostly trees and palm fronds. That's critical for the crews to get out and restore power.

86% of my county is without power this morning. 91% of the county south of me is in the same situation.
