All pictures (no matter the lens) has purple light

I own a fairly new Canon Rebel T6 (around 2000 shutters)

A few days ago, I got a new lens (Canon EF-S 24mm f2.8 STM) and I realized a purple light on the bottom right-side of all my pictures. I realized it because I was playing with long exposures in the dark. The purple light becomes stronger at longer exposures.

I thought it was the new lens and put on my old lens (Canon EF 28-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS USM) and saw the same purple light. To make sure no light was coming in, I had the lens cap on as well. I checked all my previous photos and realized this never happened until the new lens.

Could someone tell me why this could be happening? and a possible fix?

Thanks.
