120Mbps is my sweet spot for quality/battery/sd card space/quality/thermal punishment of the camera.

With that said, 98% of my videos are just standard NX bitrates, for the above reasons. 1080p also has one of the lowest rolling shutter in any camera (after the Canon 1D something) around 8ms or less.
