Greetings, Guy!

I am aware of you and other E-P5 owners through your posts and smile with recognition of others enjoying the E-P5 experience. I have the silver/black model with its retro look that reminds me of my SLR film cameras. I enjoy its size and features such as having the front and back control wheels with the two position switch that extends the control capability. The E-P5 has that special quality that makes me want to use it.

Yes, it's just a nice camera to use. They got everything right (for me) at that point in the technology game. I'll stay with that for a long time to come.

I admit my fascination with the latest Pen but more time and scrutiny is needed before I would consider it a camera that I would trust. Even if I end up with the Pen-F, I don't see any scenario where I don't have the E-P5 also. The Pen-F's fully articulating LCD would be useful in some circumstances such a video but for many circumstances like bending from a seated position to capture a photo, the tilt screen is so much easier.

The Pen-F and E-M1ii and now the E-M10iii have increasingly gone backwards in usability in my mind. It's the MySets mainly that I talk of as they are the basis of nearly all my shooting.

Tilt screen for me as a screen only user, it just works fine. The flippy out sideways thing leaves me totally cold.

My pair of friends......

The silver one now often seen with the Panasonic 12-32mm on it.

Regards......... Guy
