Which prime (only 1) to complement 16-50S?
Sep 5, 2017
Would love some insight on what you think would be the best for my scenario. I'm trying to keep my kit affordable so want to keep it down to 2-3 lenses for my NX1. The 16-50S is a given, so if you could only have ONE prime given the following scenario which would it be?
- I shoot mostly portraits, and mostly of my small children who are brand reps for clothing boutiques
- Because of that, I don't do a lot of tight shots because I need to get the full body into frame (to show all the clothes)
- Super sharp images with nice background separation is the goal for these particular imags
- One of my kids is 2+ and is rarely stationary
I use the 16-50S for video and vlogging as well as for portrait work. But I also like shooting with primes. So if you could just have one NX prime give the above limitations, which would it be?
