x-pro2 vs x-t20 vs x-t1

I am considering upgrading from my x-t10. Main reason is HSS. I shoot family and vacation shots exclusively. Shot lots of bounce/HSS flash historically - about 1/3 of my shots. Just frustrated with the 180x sync speed now. I am accustomed by HSS in previous systems that I used. Recently acquired the Godox TT350f which I like for my needs.

Used an x100s for a while and loved the experience. No longer have that camera - only the x-t10 currently. My lenses include the 14, 18-55, 23, 35, 60, and 55-200. Here's the thought process that I'm going through, would appreciate any suggestions.

x-pro2

In truth, this is the camera that I want - like I said, I really enjoyed the x100s experience. I am just having a hard time justifying the additional expense. $800 more is quite a bit, although I can afford it. Also concerned that this may be too big a camera after having used the x-t10 for so long.

x-t20

This would probably be the most natural transition for me. I'm fine with the size and get on well with my x-t10 with grip currently. Just concerned about all of the issues I've been reading about with this camera lately. Also, weather sealing would be a plus with the other options.

x-t1

This would be the cheapest option of all three and gets my the HSS I'm looking for. Just not crazy about using last gen tech if I'm looking to shell out new funds.

Thoughts?
