Windows 10 File history - backing up to 2 external hard drives

Is it possible to configure Windows 10 to backup to two external hard drives?

For example...

I have two internal hard drives. A 4 gb (drive D:) and a 3 gb (drive E: ). And two WD USB3 4 tb hard drives ( I: and O:)

I would like to backup D:\PHOTOS to drive O: using file history as I like the idea of having file history having multiple revisions of a file and running every 10 minutes.

Backup drive E:\IMAGES to drive I: using file file history for the same reasons.

D:\PHOTOS contains my many photographs I have since 2003.

E:\IMAGES contains my digital paintings, 3D renders and 3D models I've created.

Presently using WD Smartware but having issues with it. And WD Smartware is no longer supported by WD.

WD Smartware has the ability to run continuously.  The closes I can do in FileHistory is 10 minutes.

Other solutions 've looked at Acronis, Synchtoy and AOMEI do not support versioning nor continuously backups.

Cheers & many thanks...
