Nikon camera for a small photo business - which one?

Hi guys,

So I started this thread here: https://www.dpreview.com/forums/thread/4195835#forum-post-60014317

Long story short, I plan on gradually going into a photography as a side business and maybe full time someday.

I sold all my gear and am in the market for a new one.

I had the good old Nikon D90 and it really helped me on a few gigs but it's time to move to FX.

What would you recommend? Camera plus lens for a startup. Apart for the D7100 which I know is great and used it a bit, I am a bit clueless. Are entry level FX cameras worth it? Or should I find a used "pro" one?

I'd like to shoot primarily commercial photography (product, maybe low cost fashion, interiors, restaurant menus, etc) BUT I'd take whatever jobs I can get in the beginning, so I'll be shooting events like small weddings and what not.

I've been reading a lot of forums, but I really would like to hear your take on this, real advise from people who actually does photo for a living.

Also, video quality is important, as many customers are asking for high quality video nowadays.

Many thanks in advance.

B.
