Great little feature in the Em1 mk2
6

Haven't seen this get talked about in any reviews or in the forums, but one great new feature the the Em1 mk2 has is the "Pre MF" auto focus mode. What Preset Manual Focus does is set and lock any AF capable lens to a predefined focus distance between 0 to 999.9(infinity) meters. This is great for astrophotography as I find it challenging trying to get good in focus shots of tiny little points of light... just set Pre MF to infinity and go! Won't work with manual focus only lenses though, as there are no electric pins to talk to the lens or AF motors to set focal distance. I hope all of Olympus new camera bodies and any old bodies still getting firmware updates(pen-f) get this feature!
