There are, just Google and you will find many. How closely they make a RAW image opened in LR match the same image opened in DPP will vary from camera model to model and from image to image for the same camera.

You are much better off just accepting that Lightroom will give you a different looking image than DPP and that it is a better starting image for post processing than the JPG look alike from DPP.
