Opinions on Sony Zeiss lens filters for the Alpha line up

I have searched quite a bit but find very little information out there.  I know that Sony teamed up with Zeiss and made a few filters for their lens lines.  These were the;

VF-xxCPAM - Circular Polarizer

VF-xxNDAM - Neutral Density

VF-xxMPAM - Protection

These all have the Zeiss T* coating on them and seem to be thin and of good quality.  I believe some of them are now discontinued.  Can anyone comment on the quality of these lens filters and how good they are at their prescribed functions.  Some of these can be found fairly cheap online these days and I was wondering if they were worth the investment, particularly the CPL and ND filters.
