Upgrade to X100F or buy X-T1 + Lens?

Deciding to dive deeper into Fuji system. Currently own the X100T used for street photography which includes long exposures, portraits, architecture, cityscapes/landscapes, night time photography.

With a starting budget of $1300, would it be wise to sell the x100T and gain an extra $700 towards the budget (~$2000) and buy the x100F or to just buy the X-T1 + kit zoom lens with some money leftover and have 2 cameras?

How well is the refresh rate on the X-T1's EVF when compared to an Olympus camera?

Or should I just save the money and keep the X100T until the 5th gen. of the X100 series releases?

If it helps, I am a hobbyist and have no plans to make money off of photography. I am also looking into doing daytime long exposures so if being able to have lens choices is a plus, am also open to a Fuji ICL.

Thank you Fuji experts.
