SteadyShot + Metabones Question

Hi Guys,

I have a A7rii and come from a Canon background so have been using a Metabones V adapter for my Canon glass.

Quick question - what is the preferred method of stabilization when using non Sony glass? A number of my lenses have built in stabilization - should I use the SteadyShot on the camera and disable the built-in stabilization on the lens?  Or is the lens stabilization better than the SteadyShot?

Primarily using this for video, in case that changes your answer!

Thanks!

Steve
