Kingfishers - D500 and 200-500mm
3

Some Kingfishers at one of our the local beaches a couple of weeks ago.  2 hours of handheld shooting has given me backache. . . found that a gimbal head isn't fast enough for BIF. . . so thinking about a lighter solution.  Even at 500mm focal length, still had to do a bit of cropping.  Only set up I can think of that's lighter is Olympus 300mm f4 / 1.4x TC with OM-1D II.  Any other suggestions?
