New Lens Purchase - Canon 70-200 f4 is vs 70-200 f2.8ii is vs 100-400 f4-5.6 is ii

So I am looking at a few options for a new lens. I shoot outdoor sports like (rock climbing) that involve some lowlight situations, and mostly landscape/wildlife. I'm currently shooting a 5DMKIII, and have a 16-35mm f4 IS L, and the 24-70 f2.8 L ii. Now I am looking at a lens that will handle itself well outdoors for landscape/wildlife and some shots when I'm dangling on a rope, so I am weighing the options between:

70-200 f4 IS
70-200 f2.8 IS II
100-400 f4-5.6 IS II

The weights do not typically bother me, even when backpacking, but in terms of features, sharpness, and overall performance for outdoor sports/landscapes what would be the best option? I don't think I will really mind the loosing the 70-100 range, but I might be wrong. Any insights are greatly appreciated.
