What does the NWS mean by partly sunny or 45% cloud cover? Glendo, WY is now showing 45% cloud cover at 12am.

If you see a cloud is over the sun a half hour before totality, would you pick up your gear to move to a new location?

If 45% cloud cover means scattered clouds, and one of those clouds is over the sun 30 minutes before totality, I would hang tight and hope it moved away in the next 30 minutes before C2.  I'm not agile enough to move all my equipment that fast. Even if I were that fast, clouds can be just as fast to move over that spot.

And even if it didn't, I would start my cameras rolling aimed as best I could to where the sun is in hopes that it would move away before C3 so I could get something.

I will be checking the WX radar, assuming the Internet and NWS servers don't crash under the load and I have a good connection which isn't likely in the remote location I may end up at.
