Imaginary lens similar to what's on LX100

Hi,

First, I did search for similar topic in this forum but couldn't find.

I didn't know about LX100 until now. For those who don't know neither and curious, here is the spec.
https://www.dpreview.com/products/panasonic/compacts/panasonic_dmclx100

As most of you already know, it has m43 sensor with fixed 24-75 equiv. f1.7-2.8 lens.

My point is...
If they could make that awesome lens that tiny for the same sensor size, why couldn't they make a similar lens for interchangeable cameras? I mean, I understand the lens is optimized for the camera since it's fixed, but still it wouldn't be too much bigger if they make it detachable, would it?

A similar lenses that exist is 12-35 f2.8. Here is the size comparison with gx85.

Am I missing something? These are similar lenses, right? One is just smaller and better! I know about Panasonic 12-32 but it's f3.5-5.6 so I wouldn't bring it in this discussion.

If you have any comments, I would appreciate.
Thanks.
