C&C: First portrait shoot with speedlights

I have never really shot portraits and the ones i have done it was with natural light at different family events or other so using speedlights and softboxes was new to me. I used a combination of one main speedlight to light my model with another one behind her to light the hair a bit to separate her from the background (this is what i read online!). I also used a 30inch neewer softbox and a small umbrella for another shot to bounce the flash. The flashes i used were also neewer so a relatively cheap set up to get me started.

I would to hear what ye think. Shot with a nikon d7200 and 50mm F/1.8D lens.

The model is my girlfriend and she is a strong athlete so i wanted to take a shot like this showing an intense workout with beads of sweat on her face and a small bit of her physique.
