XT20 F Stop and ISO Selection... Irritating or not?

Hi all.  I'm looking to purchase either an x-T20 or X-T2... mainly as a small second body (for wider shots) when I'm out shooting with long glass.  The X-T2 fits the bill perfectly as far as ergonomic go, but the T20 is smaller.

My concern is over the convenience of selecting/switching the F Stop on the T20  (with kit lens) and ISO vs the X-T2 as the T20 does not have an ISO dial.

The T2 does have the desired joy stick, but I can get by without for shooting still shots

Your experience?
