Possible to properly expose for both partial eclipsed sun + foreground landscape in silhouette?

Since I'm not traveling to a spot along the path of totality, I wanted to try some creative landscape-type shots showing the partial disk of the sun, while at the same time include some landscape in the foreground. Is it possible to do this using a single exposure?

I'm assuming if I use a standard solar filter, everything except the disk of the sun will be effectively blocked out, so what combination of filters/exposure setting do I use?
