A7S ii AF for stills: fast/good enough?

Hello all, I am a long time canon user who has been thinking about switching to A7x, and with the recent trade in deal, I am just about ready to pull the trigger.

Originally I have my eye set on A7S ii because with my 7D because I found I have a hard time focusing my subject at indoor situation, from aquarium to dim-lit rooms.  But after researching on some reviews (although most are focus on video, not still photography) that everyone raves about A7R ii for superior focusing system with both PDAF and CDAF, vs only CDAF on A7S ii.

I would love to hear A7S ii owner chime in on the AF capability for stills...is it that horrible?  What is the "keeper" rate?  Thanks!
